Earlier this morning a group of armed assailants and a kid were involved in a violent shoot-out that saw three Kusanagikaisha(tm) Corporate Peace Enforcers(tm) (CPEs) brutally murdered on Revival Avenue.
In a press release that was delivered promptly after the incident, Kusanagikaisha(tm) CEO and President Mr. Kwon Kyung-min said, “We are looking into this outrageous and hideous assault on our employees and property.”
The names of the three CPEs remain unknown due to strict NDA regulations set in place by Kusanagikaisha(tm). In the same statement, Mr. Kwon said, “This is a measure for the safety of their acquaintances and others.”
The three CPEs, two male and one female, were murdered following a short shoot-out that involved three as-of-now unnamed armed assailants and a teenager. According to surveillance cam footage and investigation conducted by Kusanagikaisha(tm), the incident began when the unidentified teenager walked into the Kusanagikaisha Investigation Zone(tm) unannounced and uninvited.
One of the male CPEs warned the teenager to leave the IZ – an order with which the teenager refused to comply. Following that, the other two CPEs apprehended the teenager. It was at this point that the three armed assailants crossed Revival Avenue and started shooting at the CPEs.
One of the CPEs was killed after receiving three bullets to his chest. Another had his right hand sliced off using a katana and was promptly executed with three more bullets. The last CPE, the female one, was shot in the face and then decapitated.
It is still unclear why the armed assailants attacked the CPEs.
Mr. Kwon explained that Kusanagikaisha(tm) has taken all measures to ensure that footage of this gruesome incident does not make it onto the web.
The CPEs were at the intersection of Revival Avenue and 81st Street, investigating a car crash involving a TRH-B-GONE(tm) Mk. 51x.1 Total Refuse & Urban Collection Kit (MK51X1TRUCK)(tm) and a smaller vehicle whose make and build we are unable to share due to the Corporate Reputation and Fame Protection Act of 2031.
The driver of the small vehicle was identified as Ai Chen, whom Mr. Kwon has confirmed to have been working for Kusanagikaisha(tm).
